The Beauty Within You

As I walk into the forest

To look at many things

I looked at the tree

And how it came to be

I looked at the moss

I looked at the cross

And think about what it means to me

I walk on the grass

As I watch birds fly pass

It feels so beautiful to me

I look at horses running through my field

But then I just sat and kneeled

I just had to thank the Lord above

For sending me this beauty and love

I looked at the sky

As the clouds rolled by

I got up from my knees

And brushed off my old lees

And thanked the Lord for a beautiful day

To see this beauty you don't have to pay

If you know the Lord like I do

Then the beauty is inside you
