Looking after Louie
by Paul

Key's by the window,
Alarm's by the door,
Litter's by the fridge,
Food's on the floor,

Bowl's near the laundry,
Basket's by the bin,
Treat's are near the freezer,
Milk's by the sink,

Fill one dish with canned food,
The other one with dried,
Fill one bowl with water,
Then put it on the side,

Pour two bowls of milk,
One semi-skimmed, one full,
Then put one on his mat,
And one on the windowsill,

Empty out the litter,
And put it in a sack,
You'll find one in the cupboard,
It's big and blue, not black,

After he has eaten,
Put him in his bed,
Give him a little stroke,
And pat him on the head,

Thanks for looking after Louie,
You are so very kind,
I'm sure that he really liked it,
I just hope you didn't mind!
