gave The Grudge a thumbs up...
This movie was really frightening and made
the hair on the back of my neck stand straight up, especially when
the haunted mother ..............................!
Colette
gave Red Eye a thumbs down...
It really stunk. It had nothing really
dramatic in it. It was kind of like mouth wash. good
in the beginning but yucky in the end. Also the acting was
very bad. The only good actress was the main character.
Ian
gave Rose Red a thumbs up...
Rose Red is A movie about a group of
psychics, among others who are trying to find out the secrets of a
huge mansion, and its connection to a young girl who has powerful
telekinesis, which means she can control objects with her mind.
They get more then they ever bargained for, including the undead!
If you are new to horror, this movie is perfect. Rose Red is a
mildly scary movie, with some great suspense and storyline. If not,
you should still consider it. After all, the master of horror,
Stephen King made this. In fact, the only bad thing about this
movie is the length of this movie. Rose Red is over 3 hours long,
and it takes a while for it to get good. Don't worry, because its
worth watching all that stuff to get to the good stuff. This movie
is perfect to watch on Halloween! It is definetly worth those 3
hours!
emily gave saw a thumbs up...
the saw

jared gave cronecels of Ridic a thumbs up...
Holly gave enough a thumbs up...
The movie Enough is now my favoirt movie. It
shows that women are not weaker than men like alot of people now a
days think. And that us women can defend our selfs even if men
think their stronger than all of us women. Most men and women think
that men are the ones who are made to fight, care, provide, and
defend the family. But what i got out of this movie is when your in
a relationship that you can't stay in because of the reasons like
in the movie you should leave when you start to see any kind of
signs of any of abuase of any kind and before it gets to far that
you can't leave or if you don't leave and you wait to see if
things would get better or because you have a child/childern with
them or any kind of reason but if you wait your life and the ones
you love could be put in jeopardy of their lifes.Like in the
movie. The movie is a great one to watch in classes like health
when they are doin a lesson plan on relationships. So that the
studens in class know that not all relationships a good and if
they know someone plus thems selfs are or know someone in a
relationship that they girl/boy is to controling or says stuff
like "they won't live with out them and if they can't have them in
their life no one else will"when their fightting and if the person
saids it offten. That they should tell someone that can do
something about it and if their scared to tell because they don't
want the peson or the friend that's getting abuased to be mad at
them or if their the one who's getting abuased to get the person
mad and think they will get more abuses that they can have their
name not brought up and no one will find out that they had said
anything. But if their the ones who's getting abuased that the
person who is doin the abuases will be talked to and will be told
to have no contact with them and they can't have somone like one
of their friends or one of the friends that is getting abuase to
say anything about it.Oh there could be away to make it so that
the person who is doin the abuase to have no contact with any
friends or family of the one who's getting abuased. This movie
could help alot of people out and maybe open their eyes.
Monica
gave Dawn Of the Dead a thumbs up...
This movie rocked especially at the
beggining when the girl came into the bedroom lookin all messed up
and then jumped on her dad and ripped the veins out his neck. U
GOTTA GO C IT!!!!!!!!!!
Erin gave Nightmare On Elm Street All a thumbs up...
I
love these movies! It's cool when freddy kills and tries to eat
dylan in the last movie!
Jessica
gave Final Destination a thumbs up...
This movie kicks ass, Devon
Sawa was gorgus along with the other fine men in the cast. Not too
bloody, not too sexy, Just enough scary. The best movie of the
year by far.
Tripp
gave Resident Evil a thumbs up...this movie is awesome. it's
definately one of my favorites. if you're picky and looking for a
movie w/ a deep characters and crap like that then go look
elsewhere. this is the movie u go see to have a good time. the
action is really cool, n the zombie dogs and the licker are
awesome n creepy. the zombies were pretty good, although some were
kinda plain and could've used some work but, in all, they got the
job done. milla jovovich was really hot n i dug the wet mini
dress. i recommend it for action fans, n fans of the video game.
Tripp
gave Jeepers Creepers 2 a thumbs up...this movie is really good. i
can't say if i like better than the original cuz i think they're
both great. this one starts of more enclosed n clausterphobic cuz
they're all trapped on the bus. but once they escape its got
really good, explosive, and well-crafted action. my only complaint
about this is that i dont think that minixie (play by nicki aycox)
got enough screen time, but she did get her fair share. also some
of the other charcters started to really get on my nerves but
thankfully hey got what they deserved. i recommend it to any
horror fan who likes a lot of action in their movies.
Tripp
gave The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (remake) a thumbs up...this is
w/out a doubt the most terrifying movie i've ever seen. i actuall
found it better than the original, ehich was also an awesome
movie. the thing is u can hardly compare the 2. the old one was
kind of documentary-like, disturbing movie, the new on is a big
creepy, atmospheric, scare-the-crap-out-of-you movie. is you're
one of the people that refuses to see it bcuz its not the
original, JUST GO SEE IT. i think you'll be very pleasntly
suprised. i highly recomment to anyone, except the squeamish, oh
and dont eat before you see it or while you're watching it.
Celeste
gave Hulk a thumbs down...It was horrible. The movie was way too
long and the hulk didn't turn into the hulk a lot(about 4 times).
Also it had too muck to do with the dad and the past. DON'T RENT
OR SEE THIS MOVIE.
Celeste
gave Signs a thumbs up...A shreking horrir that is scary
to the bone.
Mike gave Jeepers Creepers a thumbs up...
Taylor gave Final Destination 2 a thumbs up...
"Final Destination 2 is the thrilling and very violent sequel to
Final Destination. The story left off with Clear Rivers who was
the sole survivor of the Flight 180 plane crash, but is now locked
up in a mental instutution. Now Kimberley is the one with the
premonitions, she got her first while she was on a road trip and
saw a horrible pile up on that very free way. Kimberley manages to
save herself along with eight strangers, but they won't be safe
for long, one by one they are being gruesomely killed off. This
movie is great, but i recommend not eating before watching it.
Rated R for strong Violence, drug content and Brief Nudity."
david gave contus
de terror a thumbs up...
PATRICIA gave Jason vs. Ferryc. a thumbs up...
Godzilla
gave Darkness Falls a thumbs down...
"This movie is sooooo dumb! All its about is a evil tooth fairy.
Please."
Kayleigh gave The Driller Killer a thumbs down...
"Driller Killer is a stupid film that is rated 18 but should be a
12 it is silly all its bout is a stupid man running up and down
the street killing everyone with a drill its so pathetic and not
even scary or funny."
Cassie
gives The Ring a thumbs up...
The Ring is the movie of the century it is so scary. The
first time I watched it I was so scared that I couldn't even
finish watching it so I went back again it is so good I really
hope they come out with a part
2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another
thumbs down from Sylvia
a.k.a. "The Chocolate Critic" this time for Red Dragon...
Anthony Hopkins' performance-a "class act", ALMOST (but not quite) makes
me forgive him for lending himself to Hollywood Whoredom in the sickening
"Hannibal" a horrid mess masquerading under the guise of a "Psychological
Thriller"-Sir Anthony just barely makes the grade with regard to bringing
back the genius-villain that had us so intrigued in "The Silence of the
Lambs". Ralph Fiennes is eerily convincing as our resident Psychopath-In-Waiting (with a Grannie and a name like "Frances
Dollarhyde", one wouldn't expect him to be anything BUT demented).
However, I just didn't buy into Edward Norton's portrayal of the detective
who first caught the ravenous Dr. Lecter, he truly got on my nerves,
coming out of retirement to call upon the Doctor's diabolical expertise in
the fields of Psychology and the many faces of Schizophrenia that
tormented Dollarhyde or "D" as they affectionately referred to him
throughout the movie. I got tired of Norton's talking into his tape
recorder as he tries to get into and think exactly like the murderer
probably did...it was corny and dull. He should stick to Bad Boy roles
like the one he played in "Primal Fear" with Richard Gere. In my opinion
he was miscast, and turned this movie, which could have been a lot more
interesting with the right dialogue and direction, into a collage of
endless TALKING. I left the theatre sleepy and disappointed. One good
thing came out of this viewing experience however; I realized that I'm
sick to death of explotative, violent movies, and I vowed inside of myself
that this was the last one I would ever see. There is enough MURDER,
HEARTACHE, and TRASH in the REAL WORLD; I don't need to see it depicted in
film as a source of "ENTERTAINMENT". In summary, I just want to say,
Thank you, RED DRAGON, for enlightening me. I plan NEVER to see you, or
any variation thereof, again.
The Mothman Prophacies received Double Thumbs
Up...
"It kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end!
AND it was based on a true story - freaky." From someone that
must be too shy to use their name.
Britany
gave The Mothman Prephecies, Joyride, The Glass House &
Jeepers Creepers all a thumbs up..
" All
these are really great movies, and what you think will happen next
is totally
different from what happens. They're all endless
excitement!!!!"
Andre gave The Sixth Sense a thumbs up...
"It's an
unpredictable movie, the actors are good."
April
gave 13 Ghosts a thumbs up...
"that movie is so cool
and it is the only movie that actually scared me in
a while i think if you have not seen it you should rent it it is
really good the only bad thing is it
should have been longer"
Stacia
gave The Count of Monte Cristo a Thumbs Up...
"Really
